VP of Sales and Marketing

We are currently seeking a positive and motivated sales leader to take on the role of VP of Sales. This leader would be hands on and will be able to maximize sales goals while also working to retain current client relationships. Candidate must have a proven track record of successful sales processes and achievements. The new VP of Sales will also need to be passionate in developing and expanding our sales department and assisting in further expansion of our marketing platform. Role will include being a member of the executive team and reporting to the President of the company.

Duties consist of the following:

  • Direct Selling and Business Development Activities
  • Managing sales team and marketing manager
  • Ensure all goals and success factors are met
  • Set sales and activity goals
  • Participate in business development
  • Involved in conference, event, and tradeshow planning
  • Oversees development of marketing materials and processes
  • Contribution to website management and development
  • Regular travel to conferences, tradeshows, and client meetings
  • Manage relationships with new and existing clients
  • Maximize growth opportunities

Candidate must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree, plus sales leadership experience of 5 years or more. Marketing experience is preferred, but not required. No relocation.
