- Statewide one flat fee per state - Discount pricing based on flat fees per state
- Zone Pricing - Discount tiered pricing by county in client's active coverage area.
Available Billing Options:
- Prepayment Online - accept all major credit cards
- Prepayment Offline - accept all major credit cards and check by phone
- Invoice net 30 (107k pdf)
- Invoice net 45 with direct deposit (107k pdf)
Custom Invoicing features:
- Attached invoice with appraisal report
- Monthly statement only sent first business day each month.
