In the past, when I would need an appraiser out of our area I would have to search the internet, call to see if the appraiser would do our request and then send them an engagement letter. With Dart the struggle of finding an appraiser is over. I log on to their Web site, submit my order, which takes a few minutes and it is done.
We also do a lot of construction lending out of our state and all I do is enter the order for the site inspection on their Web site and done. This way we have a record that we have ordered the inspection and are able to track it as well.
Their representatives are friendly and excellent to work with. Whenever I have a question or concern, they are on it and get me an answer usually the same day. They do the leg work allowing me to keep moving on my loans. They take out some of the frustration in lending.
